- General: November 5th
*Registration deadlines are 15 days before an election (Oct 21 for the General)
Voter Information
- ID required to vote in person
- a list of valid ID can be found here
- Early voting:
- Begins – 46 Days before Election Day
- Ends – the day before Election Day
- Runs from Sep 20 – Nov 4 for the General
- Any registered South Dakota voter can apply to vote-by-mail here
